A1 Government signs deal with Lacoste

In what is believed to be one of the first of its kind in micronational history, the Federal Government has signed an advertising deal with Lacoste, via one of its marketing agencies.

The deal involves the agency paying monthly fees for the display of an ad banner on A1′s online portal website.

Minister for Public and Government Services, Sir. Philip Fish, said that the deal was a “triumph” for A1.

While he would not disclose the exact amount of money paid per month, he said that the money earned was enough to pay server and domain costs.

“I am delighted with this outcome”, he said.

“We have secured a reliable income source for A1, effectively paying off all of our technical costs, as well as enabling us to put a little aside for future projects”.
