Storm warning issued for Acacia

The A1 Weather Bureau has released a severe weather watch for all parts of the Republic of Acacia, following the appearance of rapidly developing storms around 5-6km to its north.

Large cumulonimbus clouds have been observed, as well as thunder and lightning.

A low pressure trough has been making its way across southern Australia, causing flooding in Sydney and other parts of New South Wales, as well as country Victoria.

Premier of Acacia and Directer of the A1 Weather Bureau, Sir. Philip Fish, said that while the threat was not immediate, conditions could change “very rapidly”.

“The current weather conditions out there at the moment are quite unstable”, he said.

“While the trough that we’ve been expecting is slow moving, the weather that it’s creating is quite unpredictable”.

Citizens are advised to stay vigilant and, in the event of a storm, secure all loose objects outside, stay off landline telephones, avoid driving and stay indoors.
