A1 Micras claim approved

The Micronational Cartography Society (MCS) has approved A1′s claim to a portion of land on the fictional world, Micras.

A new republic will be established on the new territory – the Republic of Pontus – which will also house its own defence forces, as previously revealed in the A1NS.

First Secretary, Sir. Philip Fish, said that he was “very excited at the opportunities that this acquisition gives A1″.

“This acquisition will also help, with any luck, the softening of some micronationalists’ harsh opinions about the ‘opposite’ sector, notably between Micras and MicroWiki”.

A bill is also currently under debate in the Chamber of Electorates to move the nation’s capital, Astolbia, to the new republic. Only one other settlement, Thalassapolis, has been established in Pontus.
